Chernavia Dichelle “Chae” (Hunter) Taylor
February 4, 1991 – October 6, 2025
Born on February 4, 1991, and lived in Smiths Station, AL, graduating from Smiths Station High School. Chae was a cherished wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and friend whose warmth and light touched everyone around her.
Known affectionately as Chae, she was the heart of her family – a devoted wife to Brian Taylor Sr. and a proud mother to her three boys, Jameson, Jackson, and Beau Taylor, as well as a loving stepmother to Brian Taylor Jr.
She is also survived by her mother, Veronica (Larry) Jones; her sissy, Jasmine Hunter, and sisters Whittney Wright, and Bianca Huling; her grandmother, Alice Weeks; her grandfather, Dothan Hunter Sr.; her aunts and uncles, Jadon (Roger) Wright, Stephanie (John) Eckles, and Vincent (Monica) Hunter; her sister-in-law, Samantha (Alex) Navarro; her cousins, Sharnetria (Walter), Marquice, Makenna, Miley, Madison, and Walter V (Cinco); her niece and nephew, Tomas and Mariana; and her special friends, Rhiannon, Ciara, Aubrey, and Jake.
A special Celebration of Life will take place on October 29, 2025, at 4 p.m. at Birch Bay Bible Community Church, 4460 Bay Road, Blaine, WA 98230.
Her light will forever shine through her children and all who knew and loved her.
