Where to pick your own pumpkin this fall

Pumpkin season is here! Whether you’re searching for the perfect jack-o-lantern or a fun family outing, Whatcom County has you covered. Here are a few local options to consider this fall.

  • Bellewood Farms & Distillery, 6140 Guide Meridian Road, Lynden. Open Wednesday-Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. U-pick pumpkins, u-pick apples, free corn maze, cafe. Check out the farmstore, offering apple butter, apple chips, caramel dip, take-and-bake pies and more. 
  • Stoney Ridge Farm, 2092 Van Dyk Road, Everson. Open Fridays from noon to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in October, starting Oct. 3. Pumpkin patch, corn maze, farm animals, live music, tractor rides, playground. Enjoy pumpkin and apple donuts, apple cider, and food trucks (only on Saturdays). 
  • Dan Cramer’s Western Town, 956 Van Dyk Road, Lynden. Open Friday-Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., preschool outings available Tuesday-Friday, call 360-510-7466 for availability and details. Pumpkin patch, petting zoo, wagon rides, hay maze.
