On July 11, Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation District 2 hosted a “Paw-ty” for local dogs at Skallman Park. Pets were treated to pedicures courtesy of Canine Divine, games, costume contests and a “beer” drinking contest, featuring a brew made of beef broth and water.
