Orcas returned to Drayton Harbor about 6:45 p.m. July 3 after being seen in the same Blaine waters less than a week earlier. The orcas, which are not common in Blaine, were previously sighted in Drayton Harbor and Semiahmoo Spit about 6:30 p.m. June 28 and 7 p.m. June 29.
