North Whatcom Fire and Rescue (NWFR) commissioner John Crawford, l., and nonprofit Firefighters Crossing Borders CEO Moi Castellon, r. NWFR donated an ambulance last April and two fire apparatus engines last summer to Unión de Tula, Mexico. The city recently recognized NWFR for the donations.
