Lions Camp Horizon, an overnight camp for people with physical and developmental disabilities, received a fresh coat of paint and newly trimmed trees courtesy of Windermere Real Estate's Whatcom County office, which used its annual service day on May 29 to tackle maintenance and repairs at the Birch Bay camp. The crew also helped Blaine-Birch Bay Park and Recreation District 2 spruce up the community center and clean the Birch Bay shoreline.
