I am writing on behalf of Indivisible 4th Corner, a group of non-partisan citizens dedicated to defending our democracy. We are doing this sincerely and non-violently. We stand for affordable gas and groceries, lower tariffs, universal DEI and affordable health insurance, and for a president who respects the Constitution.
We will be hosting an entry in Blaine’s Fourth of July parade. Come march with us, remembering that we are non-partisan and respectful of others. Hold up the banner for democracy with friends and fellow citizens wearing your red, white and blue patriotic attire.
Signs considered offensive will not be allowed.

Mr. Snyder’s indictment of the MAGA government is compelling. In less than a decade they have pushed this nation ever closer to abandoning the ideals that were the foundation of our war of independence and the establishment of our republic.
As threatening to the future of our country is the increasing gap between those who have too much and those who have too little. There is nothing “American” about this. It will eventually require a totalitarian government to sustain this ongoing transfer of wealth. Election of leaders who care about ordinary citizens is one way to head this off.
Another alternative could be following the example of Sam Adams and his fellow patriots. The “creator” given pursuit of happiness was one of the objectives of our revolution. The meaning of happiness at that time meant freedom from privation. Something worth voting or fighting for, then and now.
