The community staple has new owners after Blaine residents Tami and Kamal Bhachu took over on June 1 from previous owners Laura Massaro and daughter Kara. The ribbon-cutting ceremony at 738 Peace Portal Drive on Saturday included pizza samples, door prizes and drawings.
