Greta Matassa and the Jazz Vocal Stars kicked off the Blaine Harbor Music Festival’s free concert series at G Street Plaza on July 7. The festival, which features a music camp, will put on free concerts through Saturday, July 12. The festival will end with a street fair at 11 a.m. July 12 at the G and H Street plazas in downtown Blaine.
