Peace Portal development project moves forward

A mixed commercial, office and retail project next to the Chevron gas station on Peace Portal Drive is well underway, said property owner Mike Hill. Hill said construction on an approximately 1,500-square-foot visitor center, pictured center, will be completed within the next two months.
