What is not being said is. How much are the rents going to be.
What is the projected rent for the Elderly and what other costs will be passed on including the rent?

Was it shown the the city counsel?
What kind of mobile homes will be allowed and what wont?
More importantly is what is going to happen to the retired ounces they move in and find themselves in a way making rent impossible to pay?
