Folks, the library location is not ideal.

The property could be sold with the money from the sale used to find a suitable and affordable location. On top of the approved funding.

Has anyone had the opportunity to evaluate the financial outcome and benefits from the sale? Like the additional resources that could be made available.

Also, has anyone evaluated how it would effect traffic congestion (especially on a nice sunny days) and risk of flooding?

Someone sent out flyers acknowledging that our home value will go up by 12k. Left out that real-estate properties are reassessed yearly, with increase value also means increase property taxes.

This is only a perk for a homeowner looking to sell, not for a current resident looking to reside in Birch Bay long term.
