C. Chase Covell

C. Chase Covell is a 2020 graduate of Blaine High School.

Looking forward He wants to be a marine biologist and will start at Whatcom Community College before transferring to either University of Hawaii or Oregon State University.

Most proud of He started Cub Scouts and wanted to achieve the rank of Eagle in Boy Scouts. He worked all the way up to Life Scout and was working on his Eagle requirements but noticed that his grades and other areas of his life weren't as good or fulfilling. So, he decided that school was more important. Although we are disappointed that he didn't achieve the rank of Eagle, we are proud of his maturity to make the decision that it wasn't as important to him.
