Community Assistance Program to host open house on March 19

Community Assistance Program (CAP) will host an open house to familiarize the community with the nonprofit’s services on Sunday, March 19.

Community members are welcome to tour the CAP Center, at 508 G Street, 1-3 p.m. on Sunday. Volunteers will be there to explain CAP’s programs for Blaine, Birch Bay, Custer and Point Roberts residents. Refreshments will be provided.

CAP is a nonprofit that provides a variety of programs to north Whatcom County residents such as its Thanksgiving baskets, holiday toy store, winter coat drive, clothing bank and crisis assistance.
