Bellingham vigil for George Floyd

Demonstrators placed flowers, signs and other mementos at the Bellingham Public Library for George Floyd, an unarmed black man who died after a Minneapolis police officer kneeled on his neck for more than eight minutes while three officers watched, at times fending off bystanders.
