A private investigator from Massachusetts has recently requested information from the city of Blaine on a deceased public works employee.

On October 26, Stephen King, of the Massachusetts-based private investigations firm Counter Group, submitted a request for access to public records to the city of Blaine for information on a Gary Michael Dolan. Dolan, who is deceased, worked for the Blaine public works department from 1964 to 1972.

Specifically, King requested Dolan’s personnel file, any and all public records related to Dolan’s job duties, performance evaluations and job description, and any and all information that relates to projects Dolan worked on while with Blaine public works. King knew Dolan’s birthday and social security number and listed them on the public disclosure form submitted to the city.

I sent an email to King asking about his investigation into Dolan. I have yet to receive a reply back.
