Mayor Harry Robinson, l., presented Mike Hill with the Blaine Builder’s Award for November at the regular city council meeting on November 9. Hill, the owner of Hill’s Chevron Station on Peace Portal Drive for the last 23 years, is active in local government, serving as a member of the Blaine Economic Development Advisory Committee. Hill also donates his time and his riding lawnmower to clean up overgrown grass around the city.
