Boys cross country goes to state meet

For the first time in at least 50 years, a Blaine cross country team has made it to state competition. The boys team qualified for state by placing fifth at the tri-district meet last Saturday in Lakewood near Tacoma. The top five teams from this meet go to state.

The boys will  head to Pasco on Saturday, November 3, to compete against the top 16 teams in the state, and compete for the title.
