Blaine city staff lead a July 30 tour of the third and fourth floors of the Banner Bank building, which will house Blaine's city hall starting September 10.

Hundreds of bicyclists made their way through and Blaine and Birch Bay over the weekend as part of the annual Tour De Whatcom charity ride.
