February 8: Shortly after sunset, an operator of a Remote Video Surveillance System (RVSS) observed a person illegally cross the border in Blaine. Agents responded to the area and located the individual. The subject, a citizen of India, was determined to be illegally present in the U.S. The subject was placed under arrest and processed for removal.

February 8: In the early evening hours, agents encountered two suspicious individuals in Blaine. Agents determined both subjects were citizens of Honduras who were unlawfully present in the United States. Record checks revealed that one of the two subjects had been previously removed from the U.S. They were arrested and processed for removal.

February 16: U.S. Border Patrol agents observed an individual walking south from the U.S./Canada border on a road  north of Lynden. Agents determined the subject, a citizen of India, to be illegally present in the United States.  The subject was arrested and processed for removal.
 
February 17: Shortly before midnight, agents encountered a suspicious individual walking south from the U.S./Canada border in Blaine. Agents determined the subject was a citizen of Canada, unlawfully present in the U.S. The Canadian citizen was placed under arrest and processed for removal.

February 20: Shortly after sunset, an operator of an RVSS observed three people illegally cross the U.S./Canada border in Sumas. Agents responded to the area and located the group. The subjects, citizens of India, were determined to be illegally present in the United States. The subjects were placed under arrest and processed for removal.  

February 22: Agents responded to possible illicit cross-border activity in a remote area east of Blaine. When agents arrived in the area, they discovered an individual attempting to hide in the brush. Agents determined the subject to be a citizen of Mexico, illegally present in the United States. Record checks revealed the subject had been previously removed from the U.S. The subject was arrested and processed for reinstatement of a prior order of removal.  

February 25: Agents responded to a call from a concerned citizen who reported three people had just illegally crossed the U.S./Canada border west of Sumas. The subjects were determined to be citizens of Romania, unlawfully present in the United States. The subjects were placed under arrest and processed for removal. 

February 28: Early in the evening, a RVSS operator witnessed an individual illegally enter the U.S. east of Blaine. Agents responded to the area, located the subject and determined that the Canadian citizen was unlawfully present in the U.S. The subject was arrested and processed for removal.

February 28: A RVSS operator observed a person cross the U.S./Canada border in Blaine.  Agents responded to the area and located the subject, a citizen of Turkey, illegally present in the U.S. Record checks revealed the subject had previously been removed from the U.S. The subject was arrested and processed for reinstatement of a prior order of removal.

March 1: Agents encountered a person wearing wet and muddy clothes in close proximity to the border in Blaine. Agents determined the subject was a citizen of Canada, unlawfully present in the U.S. Record checks revealed the subject had an extensive immigration history and had been previously removed from the U.S. The subject was placed under arrest and processed for reinstatement of a prior order of removal.
