December 24: In the early morning, U.S. Border Patrol agents encountered a person walking down a road leading away from the U.S./Canada border east of Blaine. The road is located in a wooded area not normally frequented by pedestrians. Agents questioned the person and determined the subject to be a citizen of Canada, illegally present in the United States. The subject was arrested and processed for removal. 

December 27: Agents encountered a group of four people in an area commonly used to illegally enter the United States east of Blaine. Through questioning, agents determined the four subjects to be citizens of India, illegally present in the United States. The group was placed under arrest and processed for removal.

December 28: Shortly after sunset, agents responded to possible illegal cross-border activity west of Sumas. When agents arrived in the area commonly used for smuggling, they observed a suspicious individual attempting to hide in an agricultural field. Agents determined the subject to be a citizen of the United Kingdom, illegally present in the United States. The subject was arrested and processed for removal. 

January 5: In the early evening hours, agents observed a suspicious vehicle in close proximity to the U.S./Canada border east of Lynden. Agents conducted a vehicle stop and, through questioning, determined both occupants to be citizens of Mexico, illegally present in the United States. The two subjects were placed under arrest and processed for removal.
