Louise Carlone of Blaine, WA passed away peacefully on November 29, 2013. She was 75. Louise was born in Myrtle Point, OR to Floyd and Roberta (Holmes) Watson. Louise graduated from Redmond High School in Redmond, OR in 1956. She
retired in 1997 calling Blaine and the community her home. Her children Rick, Bruce and Brian Miller, Suzanne Dougan and Diane Berge, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild, survive her. While raising her family, Louise worked with the federal government for more than 30 years with various assignments across the United States. Louise loved music, reading, learning, good friends, lively conversation, dancing, laughing, her dog Scottie and especially being with all of her children and grandchildren. All will dearly miss Louise...Beloved Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma.
A private family memorial will be held at her care home in Snohomish and a celebration of life will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to the American Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Humane Society.
