Forecast calls for full day of Fourth of July fun
Participants in the city of Blaine’s Old Fashioned Fourth of July event this year will be treated to a full day of live music, including Bellingham funk jam band Flowmotion, as well as an antique car show, community parade, salmon barbecue and pancake breakfast.
