Stars restaurant reworks menu

Chef Kasey Dubler knew he was in for a challenge when he took over as executive chef at the Stars Restaurant at Semiahmoo Resort last fall. The restaurant’s menu was much the same as the resort’s waterfront bar, and the dinner crowd was leaving dissatisfied.
