Blaine students have an opportunity to win a Kindle Fire or a season ticket to the Birch Bay Waterslides by creating a visual display with the theme “Watch Over Wildlife.” The contest, sponsored by Tutor Doctor, is part of the 2013 Wings Over Water Northwest Birding Festival.

The contest is open to Blaine middle and high school students and home-schooled students grades 6 through 12 who residing in the Blaine school district.

Entries must be submitted by March 12.
