July 19: A concerned citizen reported a bicyclist near the border east of Sumas. U.S. Border Patrol agents responded to the area and encountered the bicyclist, who had been seen earlier riding on a road in B.C. The subject, a Canadian citizen, admitted to having just entered the U.S. illegally. The individual had previously been removed from the U.S. and had criminal convictions for manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance and passing counterfeit money. The subject was placed under arrest and processed for reinstatement of a prior order of removal. 

July 19: Blaine Border Patrol agents encountered three individuals in close proximity to the U.S./Canada border east of Blaine. The three subjects, citizens of India, were determined to be present in the U.S. illegally. The suspects were placed under arrest and processed for removal.

July 23: Operators of a remote video surveillance system observed a suspicious vehicle stopped near the U.S./Canada border east of Blaine and notified nearby agents. The responding Blaine Border Patrol agent encountered the vehicle and performed a vehicle stop east of Blaine. The three occupants of the vehicle, citizens of Mexico, were determined to be present in the U.S. illegally. The suspects were placed under arrest and processed for removal.

July 23: While patrolling the border, Sumas Border Patrol agents witnessed four individuals cross the U.S./Canada border east of Sumas. The subjects, citizens of India, were located and admitted to being present in the U.S. illegally. The individuals were placed under arrest and processed for removal.
