The North Cascades Concert Band will play a rousing concert at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, in Blaine High School’s Performing Arts Center. At least two members of the Blaine High School Wind Ensemble will perform with the band during two of its selections.

The first half of the program will feature a wide variety of music from Brahms to The Beatles, while the second half will offer a “festival of world marches,” featuring music from seven different countries.
