Blaine resident Ardie Freeman, 79, jumps from an airplane at 13,000 feet. Her granddaughter, Beth Black, said after Freeman’s husband died she wrote a bucket list of activities she wanted to accomplish in her life.

So far, Freeman has been kayaking, ziplining, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, scuba diving and parasailing. Freeman’s next adventure is bungee jumping, which she plans to do as part of a family trip with all her grandchildren. She also plans to go hot air ballooning in Panama.
