A free two-hour living will workshop next week is designed to help individuals direct their own treatment should they become too ill to speak for themselves.

The workshop is sponsored by the Whatcom End-of-Life Council and the Whatcom Hospice Foundation and is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, and is recognized as a legal advanced directive in many states, including Washington.
Admission is free and open to members of the public. No registration is necessary.

St. Luke’s Community Health Education Center is located at 3333 Squalicum Parkway in Bellingham.
