May 15: Border patrol agents responded to a request for translation by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s office near the junction of Hannegan and Pole Road. The subject was determined to be a Honduran citizen who was in the United States illegally. The suspect was processed for removal proceedings.

May 16: Border patrol agents performed a vehicle stop near the international boundary north of Lynden. A K-9 alerted to the vehicle, and a search revealed 3.26 kilograms of cocaine and .64 kilograms of methamphetamine.  Suspect and narcotics were turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security’s investigations department.

May 18: On a trail east of Blaine,  border patrol agents observed two subjects who had just entered the United States from Canada.  Agents made contact and determined that both subjects were citizens of El Salvador illegally present in the United States.  Both suspects were processed for removal proceedings.

May 19: Agents responded to a request for translation by the Lummi Nation Police Department near Ferndale. Four subjects were found to be citizens of Guatemala illegally present in the United States. All suspects were processed for removal proceedings.
