May 6: U.S. Border Patrol agents responded to a request for translation by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s office. The subject was determined to be a Mexican citizen that had been removed from the United States in 2007. The suspect was processed for removal proceedings.

May 7: Border patrol agents responded to a request for translation by the Lynden police.  Agents made contact with two subjects that admitted to being citizens of Guatemala illegally present in the United States. Both suspects were processed for removal proceedings.

May 8: Border patrol agents observed a suspicious subject get off a northbound bus at the Bellingham station. Upon noticing the presence of agents, the subject made an abrupt turn to avoid them and attempted to walk away.  Agents made contact and determined the subject was a citizen of Honduras illegally present in the United States. Suspect was processed for removal.
May 10: Agents arrested a Canadian citizen after he illegally entered the United States near the Peace Arch Park. Record checks revealed that the male subject had a prior criminal history in California. The suspect was processed for removal proceedings.
