Peace Arch State Park volunteers planted a commemorative rose bush named after Blaine resident Dick Clark in the park’s rose bed. The rose, which they named “the Dick Clark rose,” was planted by park staff in appreciation for his efforts to raise money for the park. It will most likely bloom this June. Photo by Victoria Sweet
