It’s election season for Whatcom County’s school districts, and the Blaine school district board of directors has three positions going to voters this November.

School board members Todd Berge, Campbell McClusky and board president Charles Gibson are up for reelection. The official filing period is from June 6 to June 10, but individuals who wish to run can file sooner.

McClusky represents director district 1, which includes Point Roberts and downtown Blaine. Berge represents district 2, which includes nearly all of east Blaine, while Gibson represents district 4, which includes south Blaine east of Birch Point and the very eastern portion of Birch Bay.
