The Opportunity Council’s Energy Assistance program is still scheduling appointments by phone for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Appointments for LIHEAP grants are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to provide help with energy bills. Eligibility for the program is determined by income level.
