Local author to host book signing

A Birch Bay author will host a book signing for her latest book this Friday in Blaine.
Maureen Kelly, author of the book “Energy Types: Personality, Chakras & Balance,” will discuss her newest how-to book on maintaining balance and be available for signing at 6 p.m. Friday, November 12 at Loomis Hall.
Kelly said the book is a “convergence of roads where east meets west, it draws on the teachings of the Jungian-based instrument and the Myers-Briggs formula.”
“Through the exploration of our personality types and inborn tendencies, Energy Types provides a roadmap to help us celebrate our strengths and also monitor the areas where we may have a proclivity for ‘tipping the scales’ in the various energy fields in our body,” she said.
Kelly is also the author of “Pet Types” and “Wine Types: Discover Your Inner Grape,” which she published in 2006.
