The  Master Remodelers Council of Whatcom County proudly presents their annual tour of Remodeled Homes on October 2 and 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., featuring 10 recently renovated homes in Bellingham.

Admission is $15 per person, or $25 for two people. Tour participants have the entire weekend to visit all 10 homes, and can pace accordingly.

Tickets can be purchased with cash or check at any Woods Coffee location in Whatcom County, at the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County’s office at 1650 Baker Creek Place, Bellingham, or online at www.biawc.com.

This year’s tour features a wide-array of architectural styles in Bellingham area homes, ranging from a Lake Whatcom waterfront cabin, to rebuilt and relocated Craftsmen era homes.

Included in this year’s tour is Green Mountain Homes, Inc. “Excellence in Remodeling” Award winning whole home remodel, awarded to one remodel project per year by the Master Remodelers Council of Washington.

Homeowners interested in all levels of home improvement are invited to visit the transformation of 10 homes around the county and meet the remodelers on site.

Tour participants will be able to get valuable tips from a variety of professionals who can help with your remodeling project.

The tour is sponsored by Whidbey Island Bank, Mt. Baker Roofing, Bellingham Alive, and the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County. For more information, call 360/671-4247 or visit www.biawc.com.
