The city of Blaine has scheduled its annual clean-up day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at C Street between Third and Fourth streets.
Residents can bring their garbage at $7 per carload or $12 per truckload or recycle items such as paper, cardboard, glass, plastic, tin, aluminum, metal and electronic items at no charge.
Tires will be accepted at $3 per tire and refrigerators and freezers at $20 per unit.
Bellingham’s non-profit RE Store will also be available to accept useable building materials.
