Whatcom Physical Therapy recently welcomed physical therapist Paul Chang to their team. Chang has experience in outpatient, acute and skilled nursing physical therapy settings. He emphasizes manual therapy, postural education and therapeutic exercises into his treatments. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Wheeling Jesuit University.
