Those who missed the series of noon-time jazz concerts on Blaine’s downtown plazas last weekend still have time to catch the buzz.

The week-long Blaine Jazz Festival will culminate with an  Art to Jazz  street fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 18 in downtown and will feature Whatcom County artists, food vendors and activities for children and adults.
Children will have an opportunity to show their talent by participating in an art contest with cash prizes for the best paintings. The contest is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with prizes awarded at 3:30 p.m.
Five booth spaces are still available at no cost to vendors.
