The next Haynie Opry performance is scheduled for July 11 at the Haynie Grange.
The event features country, bluegrass, western music and entertainment based on the Grand Ole Opry style. Two performances per day have been scheduled. The first, a gospel matinee, is scheduled for 3 p.m. The second, a full-length country music program, is scheduled for 7 p.m.
Admission for the matinee is $5 and the evening show is $10. Children 12 years and younger have free admission. July’s program will be hosted by Matt Audette and his “Circle of Friends” band, featuring local artists such as Lew Nordby, Tom Hodge and the Brother Dalton Euphonic Elixer band, which will perform renditions of old bluegrass favorites.
