Thomas Givens installs his Humpback Whale Tail II sculpture at the U.S./Canada Peace Anniversary Association’s (USCPAA) 12th Annual Peace Arch State Park last Saturday. The piece, made from reclaimed wood, was repaired last week in Virginia after it was damaged enroute in a vehicle accident.
