Couple buys Blaine print shop
Two
Birch Bay residents have bought the former Pelican Press
in Blaine.
Scott and Jacque Peterson acquired the small print and
design shop in February, and offer typesetting, graphic
design, copy, printing and bindery services.
Jacque brings 17 years of graphic design and print
experience to the business, having worked at various
Bellingham establishments such as Entertainment News
NW, NW Family Magazine and The Print & Copy Factory.
Her husband Scott brings nearly 16 years of experience
as a professional audio engineer and co-owner of the
A Couple of Mac Addicts technical consulting business.
The couple said they plan to continue operating their
Macintosh support business out of their home in Birch
Bay.
Semiahmoo Lighthouse Print & Design is open from
noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and is located
