Class teaches pollution prevention

ReSources, the Bellingham-based environmental group along with the Washington State Department of Ecology, Whatcom County, and City of Bellingham will offer free training on stormwater pollution prevention at 7 p.m. Thursday, February 8 at the Bellingham public library. Participants will learn how to identify, document, and report stormwater pollution from construction sites.
