Tai Chi practice is Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. and also at 2:30 p.m. These lessons are on a DVD and are especially designed for older adults and these practice sessions are free to those interested.
There are various games such as cribbage, and bridge, and pool in abundance. Afternoons often see friendly games of Scrabble.
A friendly Bible fellowship group meets Tuesdays at 10:15 a.m. and Friday mornings at 10 a.m. This is a great place to get acquainted. You also may like to sing along with friends and have a great time on Thursday right after lunch.
There will be no breakfast on the third Saturday of July.
Take care, see you at the center!
