Immunizations...

The following immunizations are required in order to attend primary and elementary school. Depending on the grade, students are required to have a certain number of doses.

Immunizations required include DPT, polio, MMR and HepB. Also, MMR#2, an immunization for measles, mumps and rubella, is required for entry into sixth grade.
