We’ve got food on our TVs and on our minds

Some restaurant dishes are so inspiring, takeout just isn’t enough. On Saturday, February 19, beginning at 11 a.m., KCTS presents KCTS Chefs 2005, a delectable collection of signature recipes from Northwest restaurants.

Local chef Marienes Johnson, owner of Blaine’s Truffles By The Sea, will be preparing Pastel de Choclo, one of the restaurant’s most popular dishes.

The show repeats the same day at 3 p.m. and on Sunday, February 20 at 2 p.m.
