Rape victim escapes in Blaine
A woman

and ran to neighbors for help. She slipped by the

hazel eyes. He spoke in a deep voice and had a neat and
orderly appearance. The older model dark green van has no
windows in the sides or back and has blue carpeting inside.
Local authorities contacted Canadian law enforcement on
suspicion the suspect may try to enter Canada and there
have been unconfirmed reports of a similar vehicle in Skagit
