Circulo de Manos (Spanish for Circle of Hands) is a Girl Scout Totem Council program for children of migrant farm workers. Girl Scouts Totem Council need more volunteers to serve as helpers in Whatcom County.

Monday through Thursday evenings, July 1 to August 16, volunteers visit migrant camps in both Skagit and Whatcom counties and bring educational and social activities for both boys and girls in the camps. They bring fun, food and friendship directly into the migrant camps where the children live.
Volunteers do not have to speak Spanish. Program supplies and training are provided.

If you as an individual, family or group would be interested in getting more information about how you can volunteer for one evening, six evenings or longer, call Beth Sanchez at 738-1364 or 800/767-6833 and an informational packet will be sent to you.
