Learning boost

Early Childhood Opportunities Northwest, sponsor of Head Start and Early Childhood Education and Assistance programs in Whatcom County, is accepting applications for the Blaine Center.

The Head Start program serves children who will be three or four by August 31, 2002, and includes classroom experiences as well as home visits.
