Shop Blaine program gets rolling

Local shoppers can follow the signs to a chance at a $100 savings bond. The chamber of commerce’s Shop Blaine First program kicked off this week and shoppers are collecting stamps every time they spend $10 at a participating business. Shoppers who collect ten stamps will be eligible for a drawing at the beginning of December, one of six monthly savings bond draws to boost local business.
